Oktoberfest in Cyprus – Bavarian Spirit at City of Dreams Limassol

When we — Susanna and Jürgen from SancyTours — visited the Oktoberfest in Cyprus in Limassol at City of Dreams Mediterranean, we expected a lively evening. What we didn’t expect was how perfectly Bavarian tradition and Mediterranean atmosphere could blend into something so unique.

The moment we walked into the festival area, we were greeted by warm lights, the smell of traditional German food, and the unmistakable sound of Die Kirchdorfer® warming up on stage. It felt almost surreal: standing in the mild Cyprus evening, surrounded by palm trees and the deep blue Limassol sky, listening to the soundtrack of Munich’s Oktoberfest. A little bit of Bavaria… right here in Cyprus.

Oktoberfest in Cyprus – City of Dreams had transformed its space into a festive world of long wooden tables, laughter, clinking glasses and a cheerful mix of locals, expats and tourists. Everyone seemed to slip instantly into that joyful “Oktoberfest mood” — relaxed, friendly, ready to celebrate.

We took our seats for our Oktoberfest in Cyprus, received our souvenir beer mugs, and enjoyed the atmosphere unfolding around us. The music grew louder, the crowd more enthusiastic, and soon the entire place felt alive with singing, dancing and the unmistakable energy that only a good Oktoberfest in Cyprus can create.

And all this with Mediterranean Oktoberfest in Cyprus warmth instead of chilly autumn air.

Between bites of schnitzel and pretzels, and sips from our mugs, we looked around and smiled — this was such a different side of Cyprus, it was a Oktoberfest in Cyprus.

Not beaches.
Not sightseeing.
Not diving.

For us, the Oktoberfest in Cyprus – City of Dreams wasn’t just an event.
